When we have full accountability for an airline’s retail program, we naturally integrate key Hive elements because this is how we break the barriers that have traditionally made outsourced in-flight retail inaccessible to emerging airlines. For other commercial models, access to Hive is provided through our À La Carte subscription model, allowing airlines to invest only in the elements that elevate their in-flight retail performance. Whether we operate the program together with the airline or the airline runs its onboard retail in-house, Hive delivers data-driven optimization, automation, and smarter decision-making—offering the flexibility to scale and adapt based on each airline’s unique needs.

What is the current status of Hive’s development?

Hive is currently delivered as an MVP (Minimum Viable Product), with its Data Governance Framework & Architecture Design fully established, ensuring integrity, security, and compliance while enabling seamless data ingestion, transformation, and utilization across airline and external sources.
